Gala Banana Studio thriving after Repechage Masters Class

Gala Banana Studio in Point Fortin continues to establish itself as one of the premier locations in Southern Trinidad for haircuts and spa treatments. Stylist Sheldon Cornwall who owns the unisex establishment continues to attract a diverse clientele due to his stylish haircuts and wide range of beauty care treatments.

The 28-year-old is especially popular with male clients and introducing them to various spa treatments which has traditionally been considered taboo in Trinidad and Tobago. He recently attended the Repechage Masters Class hosted by Delaine West and gave some insight about the two-day course. “I found it to be very informative and interactive,” said Cornwall. “I appreciated the demonstrations which were very detailed and provided wonderful insight.”

The stylist from Point Fortin braved the traffic to attend the Masters Class at the Hyatt Regency in Port-of-Spain because he wanted to learn the recommended practices of using the Repechage line of products to effectively service clients at Gala Banana Studio.

“I felt privileged to learn from Delaine West. She is a well respected international educator for Repechage and she has over 20-years of experience. She knows the Repechage products inside out and I wanted to absorb as much from her as possible. Delaine has a direct relationship with the owner of Repechage so I was able to learn a great deal about the products and master the best methods to use these products for my clients,” the stylist revealed.

He said he was immediately drawn to the Repechage Biolight Brightening correct skin serum that helps brighten and even the appearance of skin tone due to the sun and age. “The thing that most captivated me would definitely have to be the Repechage Biolight Brightening correct skin serum because the results was almost instantaneous after use,” said the owner of Gala Banana Studio.

He continued, “Being able to learn something new that would increase income to my business was a benefit. Since the class I was able to use the Repechage products to include add-on services to my existing ones. Also because of these new techniques and services I have been able to attract new clients.”
