GNC Brand Ambassador training for National Seniors
GNC Brand Ambassador, Nicholas Ramoutar has commenced preparation for the National Senior tournament which will be held later this year. The 28-year-old is coming off an impressive performance at the National Junior Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships where he copped the Classic Overall Bodybuilding title and topped the Men’s Welterweight Division.
“After the National Junior Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships I continued training because I was considering the National Senior tournament and two Caribbean shows in the near future,” Ramoutar explained at a GNC promotional event in Gasparillo.
He is preparing to fully immerse himself in a brutal regime of training and dieting to make a strong impression at the National Seniors. At Raw Fitness Gym, he trained twice a day every day of the week for the Junior Championships and provided some insight into his schedule.

“A lot of people do not understand the sacrifices we as Bodybuilders have to endure. There are many times when we go into a sort of isolation due to our diet or training. We may have to avoid friends and liming or even family gatherings. Our diets and routines may affect our moods and even how we function throughout the day. Peak week was really difficult. I have a full-time job and had to train and would then have to practice posing late at night after my training sessions with very little sleep,” Ramoutar revealed.
